Tree Top Adventure, Subic
-April, 2010-
One of my cousin's invited us to join her on checking out Tree Top Adventure during Holy Week. Since Oliver and I had nothing better to do we agreed to come with a couple of my cousins, sister and her friends. We got the full package wherein we get to try all the rides available at around P700/head. First stop was the "Interactive Free Fall." This was wherein a group of 3 persons were lifted a couple of feet above the ground and dropped simultaneously. It was a good ride.

This was wherein a group of 3 persons were lifted a couple of feet above the ground and dropped simultaneously. It was a good ride.
After a thrilling ride, we went to trek on their jungle with a tour guide (a local) teaching survival techniques such as creating fire out of a bamboo and extracting water from the same plant source.
We tried out their Silver Surfer ride right after. This was a zip line type of ride, only, it was on a standing position. You get to ride it with a partner (see-saw type). It was relaxing riding the Silver Surfer. It was quite slow. It would have been more fun with a quicker speed. We didn't get to take any photos since we prioritized taking videos instead. Followed, was the most daring thing I ever did in my life, the "Tree Drop" where you lay suspended in mid air 60 feet above the ground in a superman position (with harness and all) and they drop you all to suddenly (rapelling style). That sent my heart dropping as well but Oliver didn't even budge, he said that the drop lacked the thrill he was seeking. Likewise, no photos were taken due to video priority. After all those heart pumping activities we had, it was time to take it slow, we then tried out their Canopy Walk/ Ride. We walked about a hundred feet above the ground on hanging bridges and sat on cable rides to explore the trail. This time Oliver got scared. He hated the heights and this got on his nerves.
We saved the best for last, the Superman Ride. This ride was about 450 feet long and 100 feet high. We enjoyed it better due to the speed. It was not just thrilling, it was equally fun! This was my favorite ride among all the rides we've had had.
